    • Manage all telephone calls forsales persons, qualify general inquiries, respond personally anddirect requests to appropriate salesperson
    • Responsible for all administrativeduties in the sales department, including but not exhaustive,expense reports, database management, CRM administration, travelarrangements – flights/accommodations, weekly Sales Forceactivity reports, daily opera reports
    • Assistand execute RFP submission and contracts for corporate andwholesale segments, completing rate loading forms for Revenuedepartment
    • Assist with preparation of pre-salestrip appointment schedules, post sales trip reports and follow-upactivities, prepare and submit expensesclaims
    • Create and manage the administration offamiliarization trips (FAM) on property, ensuring we deliver'different' and 'creative'programs that differentiate client experiences and showcase our'Residential'property
    • Support and attend FAM trips/cliententertainment with sales team, promoting Raffles Doha &Fairmont Doha, building brand awareness and client relationshipsacross all market segments
    • Assist to create andfollow up on proposals for all marketsegments
    • Conduct prospecting and research ofsales leads and target accounts to support team'sBDI
    • Identify and handle sales leads effectivelyand efficiently, directing to the appropriate AccountManager
    • Attend all compulsory training coursesas directed by T&C division
    • Manageunder SAG arrival reports and Sales Force datainput
    • Ensure all customer information is up todate, entered timely and accurately in SalesForce
    • Manage duties assigned by the Director ofSales, Assistant Director of Sales providing support to theteam
