    This a Full Remote job, the offer isavailable from: EMEA Job Requisition ID # 24WD77777 PositionOverview As an Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC)Industry-focused Partner Development Manager, you will fosterstrategic partnerships within specific industry markets and withour Partners to achieve business growth and market presence.

    Youwill collaborate with Partner Managers, teams, and channel partnersto develop industry-focused opportunities and programmes that alignwith our goals. You will report to the Senior Manager of PartnerDevelopment EMEA. This is a hybrid role. You will have on-sitemeetings with our Partners. Responsibilities

    • You willdevelop strategies to target specific industry markets, identifyinggrowth opportunities and market trends
    • You will consultwith Partners sales team and sales Leaders, providing industryexpertise, training, and resources to increase overall revenue andimprove customer experience
    • You will build relationshipswith partners, ensuring collaboration and understanding of mutualgoals living our values of a Trusted Partner
    • You willremain up to date on industry trends, market dynamics, andcompetitive landscape to inform decision-making and guide AECindustry strategies
    • You will design and implementindustry-focused programmes in collaboration with partners and ourteams to increase our performance
    • You will collaboratewith partners on joint marketing campaigns and activities toenhance brand visibility and create leads
    • You willanalyse important performance metrics, providing insights forbusiness improvements and development and conduct regularcompetitive analysis on market trends and opportunities
    • You will collaborate with teams, including product development,marketing, and operations, to lead successful execution of industrystrategies within the Partner echo system
    • You willgather feedback from partners, customers, and company partners toimprove and progress
    • You will represent us at industryevents, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness andnetwork with important industry players Minimum Qualifications
    • You will have fluent English and another Europeanlanguage eg German, French, Spanish
    • You will havein-depth knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering andConstruction Industry
    • You will have 5-10 years ofcustomer/sales / Partner relationship management experience
    • You will have a track record for delivering growthacross EMEA
    • You will have partner management experiencein a matrix organisation
