    Responsibilities :

    • Manage theprincipal's schedule, includingappointments, meetings, andtravel arrangements related to fashionevents, conferences, andshows.
    • Act as a liaison betweenthe principal and fashiondesigners, stylists, and industrycontacts.
    • Research andstay updated on the latestfashion trends, brands, and influencers.
    • Assist withwardrobe management, including organizing,cataloging, and curatingclothing and accessory collections.
    • Coordinatefashion-related projects, such as photoshoots, fashion campaigns,and collaborations.
    • Handlepersonal shopping tasks,including sourcing unique fashion pieces,accessories, and gifts.
    • Manage budgets, invoices, andexpenses related tofashion purchases and projects.
    • Maintain confidentialityand handle sensitive information withprofessionalism anddiscretion.
    • Provide generaladministrative support,including managing emails, answering phonecalls, and organizingdocuments.
    • Handle special requestsand ad-hoc projectsas assigned by the principal

    Qualifications :

    • Provenexperience as a Personal Assistant, preferably ina fashion-relatedrole.
    • Strong knowledge and interest inthe fashionindustry, including familiarity with luxury brands,designers, andfashion trends.
    • Excellent organizationalandtime-management skills, with the ability to multitaskandprioritize tasks effectively.
    • Exceptionalcommunicationand interpersonal skills, with a professional andproactiveattitude.
    • Strong attention to detail andaccuracy,particularly in managing schedules, budgets, andfashion-relatedtasks.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite and otherrelevant software for scheduling, research, andorganization.
    • Discretion and the ability to handleconfidentialinformation with integrity.
