- Define and implement the strategyand roadmap of the assigned product's line in alignmentwith ICT-D management team
- Lead thepartners' relations in alignment with ICT-D managementand strategy
- Develop and maintain relationshipswith new and existing channels/clients to expand sales in theassigned territory
- Build and maintain a solidchannel/customer database, analyze data and develop metricsevaluating loyalty and newopportunities
- Specify market requirements forcurrent and future products by conducting market research supportedby ongoing visits to existing and potentialcustomers
- Execute and supervise the entiresales cycle from quotation to collection
- Trackcredit and/or payment performance, review outstanding settlementsand manage resolutions accordingly
- Generatesales for the entire product line in terms of long-term revenue andprofitability
- Develop and deliver accuratesales forecasts and market development reports in line withbusiness objectives
- Promote the product(s) andthe company within the region
- Oversee theimplementation of targeted programs and marketing activities,monitor progress and raise recommendations as and whennecessary
- Generate periodic sales forecasts andpipeline reports
- Cooperate and coordinate withother sales and technical personnel, both within the company andpartners
- Liaise and cooperate with the vendorAccounts Managers throughout the sales lifecycle and align to builda solid pipeline
- Actively participate inmaintaining the Company's certification status up-to-dateand compliant with the partner'srequirements
