Drive operational excellence by developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), such as sales volume, revenue, gross margin, customer satisfaction, and inventory turn/dwell, to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, anticipate operational risks, and implement solutions that improve workflows
Serve as the primary point of contact to manage escalations, addressing customer concerns, compliance matters, and resolving any priorities related to the Used Car/trade-in business
Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to scale Tesla's trade-in business multiple times over, considering relevant overlaps with other Tesla departments, market trends, customer experience, and technology/resourcing
Demonstrate strong presentation skills to deliver clear and concise information, effectively conveying complex ideas and strategies to various stakeholders within the organization
