    • Maintains and updates the Companyorganization structure and position assignments in SAP and OrgCharter. Ensures accurate data files by inputting and checking dataagainst source documents;
    • Analysis andadministration of the new and revised department organizationcharts and changes to positions and titles, asrequested;
    • Prepares, maintains and updates,through SAP, the establishment workforcereports;
    • Collates workforce data input for theannual Corporate Planning benchmarking exercise and recommendschanges to present system to ease the collection of data for futurepresentations and reports;
    • Receive and checkorganization requests for employee movement in respect of positiontitles, transfers and organization changes. Reviews the PAFs andindicates whether recommendations are within establishment andalign to the approved MP budget;
    • Prepares andchecks data accuracy of numerous month end workforce reports,summaries and graphs via SAP ad hoc reports for distribution tosenior management. Writes ad hoc queries and prepares reports asrequired, including contribution to Annual statisticalreports;
    • Supports in the coordination andconsolidation of the annual Workforce Budget and forecastingprogram. Organizes meetings with Department Managers to discussplanned increases/ deletions, reclassification / resignations andprepares management summaries and participates in meetings heldwith Managers to discuss and finalize workforceforecasts;
    • Assist and maintain thecontractors' under Contractor Work Orders (CWO) data basein SAP and positions in the org charts which includes liaison withIT for those contractors authorized for processing WFs, creatingemail accounts and TOFAresponsibilities;
    • Assists in the preparation ofSeconded administration documentation, including letters andPersonnel Movement forms for parent company approval and themonthly movement report. Provides support in the coordination ofthe nomination and interview of new Seconded and liaises with JVPartners, as required;
    • Acts as the focal pointfor resolution of identified MP Planning and organization chart,problems or required software.
