    Position Name:Program Manager

    Description:

    • In the role as ProgramManager, you will anchor the programs/engagements to deliver thecutting-edge solutions and services to our customer inJapan.
    • Stakeholder management atdifferent levels in the customer organization, to ensure successfulsales win
    • Manage a PM office for projectplanning, scope management, issue and risk management, budgetmanagement.
    • Support Proposals for newopportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor'sdegree or foreign equivalent required from an accreditedinstitution. Will also consider three years of progressiveexperience in the specialty in lieu of every year ofeducation.
    • At least 18years of industryexperience.
    • At least 15years of experience in InformationTechnology.
    • At least 10 years of domainexperience in Banking and Financial servicesindustry.
    • Japanese citizens and thoseauthorized to work in Japan are encouraged to apply. We are unableto sponsor at this time.
    • Strong (near-native) Japaneseskills, with business-level Englishskills.
    • Strong customer communication andcoordination capabilities.
    • At least 8years of experience in project management, programmanagement.
    • Strong experience andunderstanding of various software development life cycle models andphases.

    PreferredQualifications

    • At least 6years of experience in DigitalTransformation.
    • Experience inCore-Banking/Channels/Payments/Wealth-Management solutionimplementations.
    • Experience on cloud migration orlegacy migration projects.
    • Ability to work in team indiverse/ multiple stakeholderenvironment.
    • Experience and desire to work ina Global delivery environment.
