    • Coordinate, advise, train and coach resources across the Department on the purpose and requirements of the KPIs and act as a Custodian of the Department's Key Performance Indicators.
    • Coordinate with relevant staff responsible for KPIs performance (in Sections and external service providers) to collect base KPI data and supporting evidence.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and reporters (internal and external) to agree levels of performance.
    • Analyze KPIs performance and identify trends from base data.
    • Support and provide insight to management on potential areas for improvements in processes, procedures, and general operating practice.
    • Maintain KPI reporting on a regular basis and advise management and responsible reporters of any changes in requirements.
    • Prepare various regular reports including internal Departmental KPI Reports (monthly), ad hoc reports as required.
    • Organize and lead KPIs Forum meetings and provide a secretarial service.
    • Attend, participate and contribute to team and project meetings as required.
    • Perform other duties/ tasks as required.

    Your Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or relevant field
    • 10-12 years of cumulative experience in a relevant field in large infrastructure projects
    • Experience in tracking and monitoring department's KPI
    • Ability to produce executives' reports is compulsory.
    • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
    • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders and staff at all levels within the Organization.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
