    • Manage and communicate cash flowrelated issues which includes the accurate and timely preparationof cash flow statements, management of receivables, payables, cashbalances, control mechanisms and timely deposits of allfunds
    • All laws and fiscal regulations of thecountry of location (which affect financial matters of the hotel)must be complied with. This includes the responsibility for seeingthat proper permits and licenses are obtained for such things ascurrency transfers.
    • The safekeeping of allleases, contracts, and any other legal records and documents whichmay affect the financial status of thehotel
    • Signs, signifying the inspection andapproval of all daily reports of operations, Monthly Reports,Monthly trends of operations reports, Monthly source of businessreport and Monthly Auditor`s Check listreports
    • Signs, signifying his inspection andapproval of all Daily Reports of operations, Monthly Reports,Monthly Trend of Operations Report, Monthly Source of BusinessReport and Monthly Auditor's Check ListReport.
    • Monitor hotel revenues and expenses andensure the accurate recording in accordance with Internationalestablished guidelines
    • Investigate and critiquevariances to budget or to prior year and offer practicalimprovement methodologies to management
    • Monitorthe capital planning process by assisting management with thecalculation of return on capital improvements, gathering supportand monitoring the bid process, and ensuring proper upkeep of theproperty by evaluating scope of work andspecifications
    • Ensure hotels'compliance on all regulatory licenses and permits, leases,contracts, legal agreements, and the proper execution of alloperational taxes
    • Provide assistance tomanagement in enforcing compliance on all theseitems
    • Analyze financial data and operations inorder to assist and advise management in maintaining thehotels' financial objectives. Ensure that all balancesheet accounts, including bank reconciliation's arereconciled on a timely basis
    • Embrace acontinuous growth environment by actively assisting in recruiting,review maintaining an inventory of Controllers, AssistantControllers, Accounting Managers, and other managers for theorganization
