    • Leads the development and implementation of an effective and cost-efficient strategy and roadmap for the entity to deliver on the operational mandate within expected parameters of quality and customer satisfaction
    • Controls and directs the financial budgeting for the entity in line with established objectives to deliver on the overall strategy and controls budget allocation (CAPEX and OPEX) as per approved budgets.
    • Leads the development of the sales strategy for the entity and ensures its effective implementation in order to drive portfolio growth.
    • Drives the sales efforts with prospective leads to proactively seek sales opportunities through synergies of Otis – Middle East businesses and maintain client relationships
    • .Leads the sales co-ordination efforts with Functional Departments and Otis Factories to build competitive sales pitches including pricing strategies.
    • Guides the field operations and administration of the entity in direct line of sight to maximise efficiency and productivity and provide consistently high standards of external customer service in line with strategic objectives of Otis – Middle East.
    • Develops a service-oriented and performance driven culture by ensuring that all service and safety quality targets are met by the entity.
    • Ensures timelines are met for all projects in alignment with the defined service quality standards and looks into timely delivery of all projects to the customers.
    • Oversees customer complaint handling, provides advice, gets involved in resolving escalated complaints, and implementing other processes/initiatives as needed with the aim to enhance customer satisfaction in the entity.
    • Ensures invoices are raised as per the terms of the new installation, maintenance, repairing and modernization contracts and submitted to the customer on time
    • Reviews market intelligence recommendations and communicates them to Otis – Middle East executive team and across the entity to ensure all departments are informed of the best practices.
    • Liaises with representatives from internal departments such as Sales, Aftermarket & Service, Digital Technology, Human Resources etc. to spearhead change management initiatives and facilitate the adoption of new or improved processes and/or procedures across the entity.
    • Develops strategies for customer service improvement initiatives to enhance overall customer service delivered by Otis in the entity and ensures best in class service delivery cross all customer touch points.
    • Guides the process of evaluation of training needs of new and existing employees in the entity, in order to ensure the employees are constantly upskilling themselves behaviourally and technically.
    • Guides the resolution of administrative issues in the entity and ensures provision of necessary infrastructural resources for effective functioning while also managing coordination with respect to any such requirements at the entity
    • Guides the preparation of monthly operating/financial statements for all branches within the entity and reports to Otis – Middle East senior management for further evaluation and direction on future steps to be taken.
