    • Ensure ICSS, Instrument andControl (I&C) activities are conducted in accordance withregulatory requirements and projectspecifications.
    • Lead work execution, ensuringtechnical alignment and compliance with operational policies,standards of business conduct and project managementsystem.
    • Monitor the Integrated Control andSafety Systems (ICSS) purchase order with the EPC Contractor andSystem Vendor in accordance with the roles and responsibilitiesgiven in the contract to ensure safe and seamless integration ofthe systems without any disturbance to the existing operatingfacilities.
    • Review Contractor planning andscheduling activities for Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning toensure coordination with other aspects ofwork.
    • Monitor Contractor performance andprovide advice as necessary to ensure design goals, philosophiesand specifications are achieved.
    • Review alldocumentation relates to Pre-Commissioning andCommissioning.
    • Participate at site to ensuresafe execution of Systems Completion activities and provideguidance on Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, Commissioningand Turnover of equipment and systems asrequired.
    • Develop and manage effective workpacks, tools, commissioning plans to ensure a smooth and safehand-over to permanent organization.
    • Lead andmanage clear communication and reporting lines for all matterspertaining to commissioning for Offshore Project and ensurecompliance with Project Managementrequirements.
