    • Ensuring P&L Accuracy -Ensuring Profits and Losses are documentedaccurately.
    • Improving Profit - Developing meansto improve profit, including estimating cost and benefit, exploringnew business opportunities, etc.
    • CreatingAnnual Budget - Analyzing information, forecasting sales againstexpenses and creating annual budgetplans.
    • Ensuring that All Taxes are Current,Collected and/or Accrued - Monitoring all taxes that apply,ensuring that taxes are current, collected and/oraccrued.
    • Meeting and Communicating with Owners- Attending meetings and communicating with the owners,understanding the priorities and strategicfocus.
    • Ensuring Report Delivery Deadlines -Submitting reports in a timely manner, ensuring deliverydeadlines.
    • Demonstrating Leadership - Utilizinginterpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, andencourage others; advocates sound financial/business decisionmaking; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads byexample.
    • Communicating an Understanding ofOwner Priorities - Communicating the strategic goals, the focus andthe owner priorities to subordinates in a clear and precisemanner.
    • Monitoring Actual vs. Projected Sales -Compiling information, analyzing and monitoring actual salesagainst projected sales.
    • Comparing BudgetedWages to Actual Wages - Analyzing differences between actual budgetwages and forecasted wages for more efficient budgetplanning.
    • Achieving/Exceeding Goals - Achievingand exceeding goals including performance goals, budget goals, teamgoals, etc.
    • Analyzing Data or Information -Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts ofinformation by breaking down information or data into separateparts.
    • Developing and Executing Business Plans- Thinking creatively and practically to develop, execute andimplement new business plans
    • Generating andDelivering Accurate and Timely Results - Generating and providingaccurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations,etc.
    • Meeting the Needs of Key Stakeholders -Understanding and meeting the needs of key stakeholders (owners,corporate, guests, etc.).
