    The role holder is responsible to keepcustody of the laboratory and operations as well as Preparelaboratory practical training materials, equipment/ operations andtools. Prepare and conduct laboratory training practical lessons,support the lecturers to conduct continuous assessment and performany other official duties assigned by relevant authorities.Maintain related test equipment, tools and machinery in goodworking condition and ensure proper water supply for all machineryin the laboratory.

    CoreResponsibilities:

    Performs avariety of preventative maintenance, routine maintenance andservicing of the equipment.

    Responds toemergencies regarding system failures, leaks, or other problems;evaluates situation and performs necessaryrepairs.

    Operates and checks equipment,instruments, pumps, valves, meters, and other apparatuses; operatespumps and valves to control and adjust flow and treatmentprocess.

    Calibrates, modifies or repairsinstrumentation and control equipment including recorders,flow-meter and other water quality monitoring equipment. - Performsother duties as assigned.

    Works in cooperationwith Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section onsecuring and maintain the ISO / Risk Management / ISMScertification

    Carries out and ensures thecompliance of all activities within the Department are in-line withKahramaa health and safety regulation
