Qatar Aluminum Limited is seeking ahardworking and passionate Remote Administrative Assistant to joinour team in Doha on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
1. Provideadministrative support to senior management remotely. 2. Managecalendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.3. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports. 4.Assist in the preparation of presentations and documents. 5.Maintain and organize electronic and physical files. 6. Handleconfidential information with discretion. 7. Conduct research asneeded for projects and presentations. 8. Assist with specialprojects and events as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Proven experienceas an Administrative Assistant or similar role. 2. Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite and Google Suite. 3. Excellent communicationskills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong organizational andtime-management skills. 5. Critical thinking skills and attentionto detail. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize taskseffectively. 7. High school diploma or equivalent; additionalqualifications in Office Administration will be aplus.
