    What you'll do:

    • Managing and maintaining busy outlook calendarshighlighting potential conflicts, inputting travel data, conferencecalls, meetings etc.
    • Developing working relationshipswith external clients and their assistants to facilitate theinformation flow and scheduling process
    • Organizing andscheduling client and internal meetings and events; preparelogistics/equipment arrangements
    • Providing vacationcover to other Executive Assistants
    • Coordinatingmeetings, arranging conference calls, reserving conference rooms,organizing catering
    • Where appropriate preparing andcirculating meeting agendas and materials, attend meetings, takeand distribute meeting notes, follow up on action items
    • Providing administrative support to PA events: prepare invitationmailings, manage responses, arrange catering, venues and on theground support
    • Organizing and maintaining online systemsfor PA
    • Organizing and maintaining electronic filingsystem
    • Preparing weekly timesheets and expense reportsRequirements:
    • 5+ years working as an EA/ PA
    • Fluent Arabic EAs will only be considered
    • AdvancedMicrosoft Office Suite skills
    • Highly proficient inanalytical, written and verbal communications
    • Teamplayer
    • Excellent organisational skills
    • Bediscreet with confidential information
    • Personable,loyal, professional
