    We are looking for a dynamic finance Managerto join our company.

    In this role, you'll work with thefinancial administrator to record all the financial transactions ofour company, as well as process invoices, purchase orders, andpayroll.

    You'll also be in charge of ensuring the office isorganized and tidy.

    To ensure success as a financial adminassistant, you should have business acumen and the ability tocomplete various complex financial tasks accurately andefficiently.

    Ultimately, a top-notch financial admin assistantshould be a highly organized and process-driven individual with theability to handle confidential information.


    Financial AdminAssistant Responsibilities:

    • Processing work orders, supplierinvoices, purchase orders, expenses claims, account payments. Assisting the financial management team with credit controlprocesses, budget planning, and expense analysis and P&L.;
    • Maintaining a digital record of all financial transactions,documents, and supplier information.
    • Coordinating daily financialtasks with the financial management team to optimize workflow. Maintaining an organized and comfortable office environment,ordering office supplies, and updating inventory.
    • Compilingfinancial data to prepare monthly revenue reports and ensuring thatclient accounts are accurate and up to date. providing financialsupport to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supportsmanagers and employees through a variety of tasks related toorganization and communication.

    Financial Manager Requirements:

    • Abachelor's degree in finance.
    • A minimum of 10year's experience.
    • Working knowledge of accountingsoftware.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to performtasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind.
    • Excellent analyticalskills and financial prowess.
    • Good organizational and timemanagement skills.
    • Strong team player with solid communicationskills
