    • Review and modifyContractor's purchasing and contracting documents toensure compliance with Company's requirements includingterms and conditions of the contract.
    • Ensureeffective use of Contractor's materials managementsystem, coordinate spares acquisition process, and provide SpareParts Coordination for the project.
    • Expeditethe delivery of the assigned materials requirements from POplacement to delivery on site. Review progress and anticipatepotential procurement issues and discuss mitigation plans with thecontractor and advise PMT accordingly.
    • Reviewand validate the contractor draftinvoices.
    • Ensure close-out of purchasedmaterials and provide feedback asnecessary.
    • Facilitate the communication withPMT on project procurement activities, progress, andissues.
    • Review Contractor'scompliance with Company's prevention of informationbrokering and business ethics guidelines ensuring procurementdocuments produced by Contractor are of acceptablequality.
    • Advise on the EPC spare parts relatedactivities including obtaining the required Spare Parts List (RSPL)data; work issues as appropriate to ensure materials and equipmentare received at needed.
