    • Review the daily intake ofproducts into the hotel and ensure accurate pricing and quantity ofgoods received


    • Control the stores byensuring accuracy of inventory and stock control and the pricing ofgood received


    • Manage costreporting


    • Supervise storekeepers andreceiving clerk


    • Ensure that allincoming goods are received via the Receiving Area, with deliveriesproperly checked against purchase orders and marketlists


    • Inspect and test goods wheneverdeemed necessary, especially with regard to food and beverageitems


    • Record and verify all food andbeverage invoices on daily basis for price deviation, total andunit prices which should conform to the approved marketprices
