    • Receiving, processing, andorganizing shipments and deliveriesaccordingly.
    • Restocking depleted or low shopitems and ensuring that the sales floor is organized according toestablished guidelines.
    • Assisting customers inlocating desired shop items.
    • Informingcustomers of shop promotions to encouragepurchases.
    • Performing regular price audits toidentify and correct pricediscrepancies.
    • Performing end-of-day cleaningduties, which includes wiping down windows, mirrors, and fixturesas well as sweeping and mopping the shopfloor.
    • Addressing and resolving customerscomplaints in a professional manner.
    • Processingcustomer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS)system.
    • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge ofstore items to provide advice and recommendations asneeded.
