    What are welooking for?

    A Group,Conference and Events Sales Manager serving Hilton brands is alwaysworking on behalf of our Guests and working with other TeamMembers. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain theattitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

    • Demonstrated previous managerial orsupervisory experience in a Reservations and/or Conference andEvents Sales function in the hotel/leisuresector
    • Strong leadership skills to effectivelymanage and motivate the team to achieve high levels of performanceand exceed targets
    • Strong analytical skills tounderstand key business indicators and competitive trends anddevelop approaches to thesechallenges
    • Excellent selling capability and anability and desire to coach selling techniques to theirteam
