    • Obtains list of vacant rooms whichneed to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check outsin order to prepare work assignments
    • Assignsworkers their duties, and inspects work for conformance toprescribed standards of cleanliness
    • Advisesmanager or desk clerk of rooms ready foroccupancy
    • Inventories stock to ensure adequatesupplies
    • Investigates complaints regardinghousekeeping service and equipment, and assists manager withcorrective action.
    • Examines rooms, halls, andlobbies to determine need for repairs or replacement of furnitureor equipment, and makes recommendations tomanagement
    • Conducts orientation training of newemployees to explain company policies, housekeeping workprocedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance ofequipment
    • Records data concerning workassignments, Grand Performer actions, and time records, andprepares periodic reports
    • Attends periodicstaff meetings with other department heads to discuss companypolicies and guest complaints, and to make recommendations toimprove service and ensure more efficientoperation
    • Assists manager in preparing reportsconcerning room occupancy, payroll expenses, and departmentexpenses
    • Plans workschedules to ensure adequate service.
    • Supportsand supervisors and effective inspection program for all guestroomsand public space.
    • Have a thorough knowledge ofproduct, including room types, amenities, services and brandstandards
    • All other duties as assigned, plannedor un-planned
