- Execute allmarketing efforts with a hands-on approach.
- Manage,build upon relationships with affiliate partners and acquire newpartners to grow the affiliate scheme.
- Analyse campaignactivity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.
- Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend.
- Oversee all affiliate campaigns, ensuring theirintegrity and that they meet our standards.
- Work onintegrated campaigns, starting with strategy, brief and work onexecuting and measuring performance.
- Constantly work onnew content, channels, creatives and other ideas forexperimentation, optimization and growth Requirements:
- Mature business development management experience, with strongsense of ownership and emotional intelligence.
- Strongpassion for working in a start-up environment.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency related terminologies and trendsand keen interest in crypto cultures.
- Adaptable toflexible and stretched hours to engage with KOLs and community.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English in spoken andwritten.
- Excellent organizational and time managementskills with the ability to multitask
