    Responsiblity:

    • Ensuring thatthe check-in and check-out process runs as smoothly as possible andthat guests are escorted to the correctroom.
    • Responding to requests or complaints madeby guests in a professional and polite manner in order to guaranteecustomer satisfaction.
    • Implementing proceduresto improve services offered with the aim of attracting morecustomers.
    • Hiring and training staff in mattersof professional conduct, and ensuring that there is enough staff atall times by organizing staffing schedulesefficiently.
    • Supporting service personnel withquestions posed by guests and taking over from the support staff ifany issues arise.
    • Understanding what guestexpectations are and anticipating problems in order to preventcomplaints.
    • Acting as a link between guests andhotel management.
    • Attending meetings withmanagement to discuss problems and strategies forimprovement.
    • Handling cash or payments made bycredit card.
    • Understanding safety and emergencyprocedures.
