    • Meet all sales objectives to driveTesla's mission, including but not limited to: drivingnew account creation, solidifying orders, scheduling salesmeetings, maintaining regular and proactive outbound contact, andhosting test drives for prospectiveclients.
    • Reach out proactively to SMEs withinQatar that have not yet referred to Tesla. Operate with a real"hunter" mentality, with high activity levelsto stimulate demand.
    • Own the relationship forSME corporate clients within Qatar; not only educating them aboutour company and our vehicle offerings but also ensuring a greatcustomer journey and ownership experiencethroughout.
    • Open company car policies andbecome the preferred EV OEM for SMEclients.
    • Drive our customers' successby acting as a facilitator to meet theirneeds.
    • Partner with the inbound SME channel(retail) to further drive sales.
    • Establish andmanage all contractual agreements with these customers whereapplicable.

    • GeneralDuties
    • Activelypartner with the Business Sales Lead to develop a cohesive strategyfor the growth of Business-to-Business sales withinQatar.
    • Manage your part in the overall businessplan by working with other departments. Facilitate partner meetingsregularly and effectively.
    • Develop and maintaincomprehensive product knowledge in respect of all vehicles,processes and business finance solutions. Conduct competitoranalysis on a regular basis.
    • UseTesla's internal tools to manage your pipeline, includingbut not limited to logging appointments, calls, test drives,contacts and meeting notes.
    • Ensure customersare fulfilling their contractual obligations (e.g. paymentterms).
    • Continuous improvement of processes andprocedures to reduce operationalfriction.
    • Perform ad-hoc duties as and whenrequired.
