Ooredoo s Business BUis a critical part of the company s first line customer facingactivities for all Business Accounts and has a significant role toplay in long term business value creation through product design,achievement of sales revenue, profit and customer satisfaction, asdefined in the annual business plans.
The department ensures thatOoredoo meets its customer experience targets and obligations indelivery of B2B services as per Ooredoo s commercial commitmentswhich are set out in customer contracts, SLA s and by the telecomsregulator, avoiding any financial penalties but being accountablefor any incurred.
Undertake regular reviews of the CustomerSatisfaction results in order to initiative improvements.The teamleads and directs the Delivery and Assurance of the CustomerExperience strategy to achieve Ooredoo s long-term technical,strategic, cost containment / reduction and customer satisfactiongoals.
About the Role:

This role is responsible for the delivery ofservices to Ooredoo's business customers, ensuring thatOoredoo's commitments and the customers'satisfaction are met and exceeded.
The position is also responsibleto work with internal and external providers so as to meet thedelivery commitment, communicate with the customers and managetheir expectations
