- *The role?** - The positionholder reports directly to the Head of Sales and BusinessDevelopment, Qatar with a strong relationship and key interface fordelivery to the General Manager Europe. - The role has a number ofdirect reports all of whom are customer facing sales personnel -Delivery of bookings and revenue in line with agreed budgets forperiod and geographical location - Identify, pursue and secureprofitable commercial opportunities for EnerMech Qatar LLC -Strategically position EnerMech as the trusted partner for leadingcustomers in the industry - Play a key role in shapingEnerMech's business planning and bidding priorities -Develop, maintain and extend profitable commercial relationships -Proactively seeking to become more cost efficient.
- *MainResponsibilities & Key Result Areas** - Responsible inmeeting the annual targets for profit and revenue; - Responsible inmoving a potential deal further down the sales process or close acontract. - Provide inputs and guidance on budgets and forecastsusing industry and market knowledge - Accountable for managingsales knowledge and information by keeping record of sales taskscompleted, sales tasks planned, new sales task assignments,Customer Visit Reports, key customer contacts, projects awarded,commercial proposals submitted, commercial proposal lost, pricingstrategies (both internal & competitor based) - Participatein sales efforts by reporting the most up to date informationregarding - sales tasks completed, sales tasks assigned,outstanding sales tasks, new sales tasks assignment, and relevantCRM - customer visit reports as reported on EnerMechSharePoint
