    We are seeking a results-driven sales andmeasurement consultant with excellent interpersonal skills. Thisconsultant will actively seek out and engage customers, providingthem with complete and tailored services to boost top-line revenuegrowth, increase customer retention, and achieve sales targetsRequirements and skills

    Experience:
    Minimum of 2 yearsin retail or a fashion-related role, such as made-to-measure,bespoke suits, or men's formal dress.

    High-EndClientele:
    Comfortable working with high-end clients with variedpersonalities.

    Sales Acumen:
    Highly motivated,target-driven, and proven sales record.

    Key Skills:
    Excellent selling, negotiation, communication, customer service,and product knowledge.

    CRM Knowledge:
    Familiar with CRMpractices and able to build productive professional relationships.

    Technical Skills:
    Proficient in MS Office andpoint-of-sale (POS) systems.

    Flexibility:
    Able tomultitask and handle work outside regular hours.

    • Adaptability Willingness to relocate to different stores and workshifts.

    Environment:
    Performs well in fast-pacedsettings.

    Education:
    High school diploma preferred in arelated field.

    Organization and Work Ethic:
    Highlyorganized and motivated for hard work.

    CulturalSensitivity:
    Ability to communicate effectively with diversecultures.

    • Provide tailored services for individualpieces, whole outfits, colors, styles, and fabrics to match thecustomer's preferences, style, body type, and budget.
    • Listen to customers' needs, understand theirpersonality, and provide prompt and efficient responses at alltimes.
    • Follow up with customers via phone or homevisits, addressing their requests and questions.
    • Generate and pursue leads to expand your customer base and focus onsales efforts by analyzing existing and potential customer volume.
    • Maintain historical records by keeping track of area andcustomer sales data.
    • Complete all paperwork related tosales, including handwritten and electronic sales orders, cashhandling, and payment recording.
    • Reach out to customersthrough cold calling and messaging.
    • Achieve targets andoutcomes according to the schedule.
    • Supply managementwith reports on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitiveactivities, and opportunities for new products and services.
    • Participate in stock management and control.
    • Organize merchandise on the shop floor, update pricing tags, andmaintain the store in a clean and neat condition.
    • Communicate effectively with team members in a friendly,respectful, and cooperative manner, whether in person, by phone, orin writing.
    • Spend up to 100% of working time standing,walking, and moving around the store.
    • Resolve customercomplaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, preparingreports, and making recommendations to management.
    • Participate in training and workshops to develop new skills andapply them effectively.
