- Manage the grievancesprocess and procedures.
- Act as point of contact from HRto resolve, discuss and support issues arising frommanagers' or employees' grievances.
- Conduct and manage disciplinary meetings.
- Extend supportto managers and employees to resolve conflicting issues at the mostlower level possible.
- Employee Relations Management
- Identify and implement positive employee relationsprograms that lead to an efficient, motivated and engage workforce.
- Develop and deliver programs to promote employeeretention.
- Follow up on issues emerging fromemployees' satisfaction surveys and exit interviews forcapturing employee inputs.
- Gather information onemployees' feelings about factors that affectemployees' morale, motivation, and efficiency.
- Contribute to the continued improvement the Company health bymonitoring performance indicators, such as sickness absences,levels of grievances and disciplinary, work/ life balance, anddeveloping initiatives and solutions to enable positive trends.
- Conduct and manage newemployee's orientation programs.
- Compile,generate and provide relevant information and directions foremployees.
- Communicate and coordinate with employeesfamilies' on settlement and repatriation issues.
- Develop documents/communication materials to ensure that theworkforce is aware of the Companys HR policies and standards.
- Coordinate with company،¦sMedical Officer, on issues related to employee،¦s healthand aptness to work.
- Investigate and monitoremployees،¦ sick leaves and medical issues.
- Expert Advice
- Provide responsive and high qualitysupport, training and advice to all parts of the business includingmanagement to ensure the appropriate administration of allemployees' relations issues in a particular grievances,poor performance and disciplinary action.
- Provideaccurate advice on issues arising from employment contracts andlocal legislation.
- Investigation
- Track andcapture systematically the development of issues from the inceptionthrough to their resolution; Investigate and follow up ongrievance, harassment and disciplinary cases, conduct grievance anddisciplinary interviews with employees and produce the necessaryinvestigation reports with recommendations.
- Investigateand follow up on unexplained leaves of absence/employee behaviors.
- Audit and examine employees' records toensure compliance with standards and regulations. MinimumQualification
- Bachelor's Degree
- Diploma or certification in Human Resources ispreferable.
