    DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) is the Group'sair, ocean, and road freight specialist. We offer standardizedtransport as well as highly specialized end-to-end solutions tocustomers in a wide range of industries globally.

    DHL GlobalFreight Forwarding Qatar has an opening for a Land FreightSpecialist where you will act as key contact for allocatedcustomers, informing on shipment and exception status, coordinatewith all stakeholders and content experts to achieve seamlessimplementation, ensure the cycle of job from Rate quote to deliveryand billing is within Customer expectation, handles solve or assigncustomer complaints with the aim of meeting guided resolution KPIsand follow up with Sales and Pricing on customer request on spotquotations and performs up- and cross-selling on inbound customercalls.

    • You will developrelationship with allocated customers.
    • You willparticipate in joint Sales visits when necessary.
    • Youwill support Back office and Call forwarding functions by liaisingwith client as necessary in respect to accepting orders (fromcustomer or overseas office).
    • You will proactivelyinform customer on shipment status, exceptions, and providesintermediate updates on incident solution.
    • You willsupport Customer Implementation by following up on spot quotationsand contract closure as may be required.
    • You willperform up- and cross-selling (inbound calls) for existingcustomers and passes on leads to sales.
    • You will takeand handle customer inquiries e.g. Track and Trace.
    • Youwill review report (generated by the Performance Reporting& Exception specialist) and send them to the customer.
    • You will take and register all customer complaints.
    • You will ensure the cycle of job from Rate quote todelivery and billing is within Customer expectation.
    • Youwill drive solution of customer complaints by solving it directlyor assigning tasks to other function.
    • You will take andprocess customer feedback and asks for CS related feedback on complaint handling).
