- Understands the customers ITand business objectives priorities requirements and challenges andadds value by implementing HPEsstrategy.
- Drives business performance for allHPE BUs and manages the portfolio mix to optimize profitability ofthe account.
- Applies advanced subjectmatter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regardedas a subject matter expert.
- Works on complexproblems where analysis of situations or data requires an indepthevaluation of multiple factors.
- Leads and/orprovides expertise to functional project teams and may participatein crossfunctionalinitiatives.
- Buildsand executes an Account Business Plan (ABP) that includes bothtransactional and strategic initiatives to grow the companyspresence and share in the account over a 13 year timehorizon.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to clientleaders aggressively shapes deals early in the salescycle.
- Engages partners effectively to improvewin rates and delivery of selecteddeals.
- Typically 812 years accountmanagement experience.
- Uses consultative solutionselling and business development skills at the CXO level to alignthe clients business needs with the companyssolutions.
- Builds strong CXO levelrelationships especially working with executives in lines ofbusiness.
