    JobDescription:

    • Manages one or severallarger accounts or acts as the account lead for a substantial partof a top account.
    • Understands the customers ITand business objectives priorities requirements and challenges andadds value by implementing HPEsstrategy.
    • Drives business performance for allHPE BUs and manages the portfolio mix to optimize profitability ofthe account.

    Management LevelDefinition:

    • Applies advanced subjectmatter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regardedas a subject matter expert.
    • Works on complexproblems where analysis of situations or data requires an indepthevaluation of multiple factors.
    • Leads and/orprovides expertise to functional project teams and may participatein crossfunctionalinitiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Buildsand executes an Account Business Plan (ABP) that includes bothtransactional and strategic initiatives to grow the companyspresence and share in the account over a 13 year timehorizon.
    • Acts as a trusted advisor to clientleaders aggressively shapes deals early in the salescycle.
    • Engages partners effectively to improvewin rates and delivery of selecteddeals.

    Education And ExperienceRequired:

    • Typically 812 years accountmanagement experience.

    Knowledge AndSkills:

    • Uses consultative solutionselling and business development skills at the CXO level to alignthe clients business needs with the companyssolutions.
    • Builds strong CXO levelrelationships especially working with executives in lines ofbusiness.
    • Negotiates at the CXOlevel.
