    • Performs complex levelprofessional IT internal auditing work. Work involves leadinginformation technology audit projects and providing data analyticssupport as part of internal audits.
    • Possess hands on experience of the IT data analytics tools and ERPSAP reporting. Conducts data extraction, validation, analysis andreporting utilizing software tools.
    • Responsible for identifying technology risks, and applicationcontrols, including IT security and internalcontrols.
    • Determines key IT risksand tests the effectiveness of the related key controls. Documentsand issues/deficiencies and ensures that management remediates suchdeficiencies.
    • Plans and conducts ITaudits of the following areas –Network and applicationaccess/security; - Change Management over operating systems, otherinfrastructure systems/devices and business applications(in-house/third party); -Intrusion prevention, detectionand response; - General data center operating controls; - Disasterrecovery and business continuity; - Systems development life cycle;- Help desk; - Targeted firewall audits; - IT hardware inventory;other audits
    as necessary to evaluate the effectivenessand efficiency of other significant IT areas; - other general andtransactional level application controls for significant systems asnecessary and/or in connection with a financial or operationalaudit
    (coordinated approach between IT and operationalauditors).


    • Works with externalauditors and other assurance providers. Typical activities includedocumenting IT walkthroughs and annual testing in external format,where requested to facilitate their use andreliance.
    • Ensures all auditprocedures and activities are carried out and documented inaccordance with Corporate Internal Audit Standards, which includeprofessional internal audit standards and applicable Companystandards.
    • Reviews staff workingpapers (WP's), memos and reports and develops appropriatereview notes to ensure quality of WP's, accuracy andappropriateness of judgments and conclusions contained therein andcompliance with department
    standards in WP'sand to promote staff development.


    • Assess information technology control elements to mitigate IT risksregarding the confidentiality, integrity and availability ofbusiness information
    • Provides orassists in providing training, coaching and guidance to InternalAudit Staff in conducting IT audits and IT other audits relatedissues.
    • Reviews all internal audit scopes forpotential IT risk areas. Prepares internal audit reports, auditplans, progress reports, and early reports on potential significantfindings.
    • Conducts follow-up ofprior audit observations to ensure agreed actions are implementedby the Auditee.
    • Trains and developsAuditors "on the job" regarding IAD standards,audit process, company business and processes, observation andreport writing, in order to ensure continuous development of IADtalent pool.
    • Conducts special reviews undersupervision of Head or Audit Specialist as requested by CIA inorder to address specific concerns of seniormanagement.
