- Lead a finance analysis team
- Establish partnership with COO Finance and FieldOperations leaders to deliver top line metrics and analyses whiledriving best practices globally
- Participate in planning,budgeting, forecasting and reporting of financial performanceacross WW Territories teams
- Work with other financeteams including, HQ, Tax and Treasury to align financial reportingand forecasting
- Communicate effectively process updates,key deliverables, and timelines to the team and stakeholders
- Act as key interface with Finance HQ and Systems Team toensure information requirements align with Corporate and COOFinance strategy
- Oversee quarter end executive reportingand presentations, including quarterly operations review andquarterly business reviews
- Support the FA team throughquarter end close and GEO End of Quarter process MinimumQualifications
- Bachelor in Accounting or Finance; MBA orCPA a plus
- Minimum 6 years of experience managingpeople, with demonstrated ability to develop talent, teams andbuild succession plans
- Minimum 10 years of financeexperience, including Sales Finance
- Demonstrated abilityto successfully influence senior management
- ExecutiveManagement and influence, Management Reporting, Decision-making,Business Partnership
- Subscription planning, ToplineManagement, P&L Management, Controllership
- SAP/MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)/Tableau/ TM1/ Adaptive/ Anaplan/Hyperion/ SQL/ Python/ Power BI
