    QAR per hour Al Faisal Holding is currently seeking a Remote LiveChat Agent to join our team.

    As a Remote Live Chat Agent, your mainresponsibility is to provide excellent customer service throughlive chat support to our clients.

    The ideal candidate for thisposition is someone who is a good communicator, highly organized,and has at least 4 years of relevant experience in customerservice.

    Additionally, we are seeking someone with excellentproject management skills who can work independently and has an eyefor detail.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with customers in afriendly and professional manner through live chat support
    • Provideprompt and accurate replies to customer inquiries and concerns
    • Manage several chat conversations simultaneously while maintaininghigh quality standards
    • Identify and escalate customer issues orconcerns to the relevant departments
    • Maintain customersatisfaction by providing quick and effective resolutions
    • Documentcustomer interactions and transactions accurately
    • Proactivelyidentify ways to improve customer service delivery
    • Meet or exceedthe set targets for chat metrics and other related performanceindicators
    • Perform all other duties and responsibilities asassigned by the management Qualifications:
    • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills in English language
    • At least 4 yearsof relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a remotecapacity
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks andqueries simultaneously
    • Highly organized and detail oriented, withexcellent time management skills
    • Ability to work independently andas part of a team
    • Proficient in using computers and web basedtools
    • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
    • Project management skills is desirable
