    • Thisposition requires an energetic and enthusiastic individual who willmanage the Admissions and Registration Department'sreception desk by answering phone calls and responding to emailssent to designated email address. The candidate should havesignificant experience working in Admissions and Registration or arelated field preferably within higher education and possess thequalifications necessary to be successful in the role of StudentInformation Assistant.
    • The successful candidatewill assist students, applicants and parents to complete requestforms available at the Admissions and Registration Department andensure all information requested is complete and accurate. He/shewill also ensure that College brochures, calendars and otherpromotional material are well stocked, organized and easilyaccessible to visitors, applicants, students andparents.
    • The candidate will assist registeredstudents by responding to their questions in a timely manner,processing requests for a Confirmation of Enrollment letter andprovide directions, as requested. He/she will arrange meetings andappointments between visitors and Admissions and RegistrationDepartment staff in a timely and efficient manner and inform allrelevant parties of the appointmentdetails.
    • The candidate will assist theAdmissions and Registration Department staff by filing studentrecords accurately and ensure all records are filed in accordancewith the College's Data Protection policy. He/she willassist in transcribing documents from Arabic to English and viceversa, proofread all documents to identify errors beforesubmitting. He/she will also coordinate and distribute transcriptsand graduation letters to students in a timely and efficientmanner.
