    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage strategic partnerships, focusing ontechnology partners (but not limited to)
    • Establishstrong relationships with these partners and sales multipliers toleverage their networks to develop a qualified pipeline thatresults in closed deals
    • Manage partnership agreementsand develop comprehensive business plans, including productco-creation initiatives
    • Manage and nurture partnershipsto drive mutual growth and achieve business objectives.
    • Align with the business development efforts across YNV Tech Talentcompanies and regions, including the US, Latam, Africa, and theMiddle East
    • Utilize your strong technology, industryknowledge and pre-sales approach to visualize innovative solutionsand partnership activities that address customer challenges
    • Collaborate with the solutions design team to customizeand tailor product offerings to meet customer requirements
    • Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies,share market insights, and drive revenue growth
    • Workclosely with the Presales Consultant to ensure seamlesscoordination between sales, partnerships, and pre-sales activities
    • Provide input and insights to product development teamsbased on partner feedback and market demands
    • Workclosely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging,promotional activities, and lead-generation campaigns
    • Collaborate with the Market Researcher to gather marketintelligence, identify emerging trends, and assess marketopportunities
    • Utilize market research findings to shapepartnership strategies, product co-creation initiatives, and salesapproaches
    • Stay updated with the latest productfeatures, enhancements, and industry trends
    • Conductinternal training sessions to educate the sales team on productupdates, competitive differentiators, and effective sellingstrategies
