    • Ensure the Cluster Hotels'Teams prepare and provide month end closing and all other requiredmanagement reports
    • Work with the FinanceManagers/General/Hotel Managers to provide full and accurateforecasting and budgeting proposals within the ClusterHotel
    • Develop best practice financialaccounting and control procedures and continually review theprocess and procedures to maximise impact andefficiency
    • Ensure the balance sheets are a fairreflection of the assets and liabilities of thehotels
    • Hold monthly finance update meetingswith General Manager/Hotel Team
    • Comply withHilton policies and procedures across the area, maximisingperformance on the Finance BalancedScorecard
    • Act in accordance with fire, healthand safety regulations and follow the correct procedures whenrequired
    • Manage the hotels'relationships within the Cluster to ensure excellent service byproviding quality input such as the accurate and timely processingof invoices, banking and payrolltransactions
    • Review regularly the balancesheets, ensure reconciliations are performed of all cluster hotelscontrolled accounts and explain all balances even if reconciledelsewhere
    • Assist Heads of the Department toimprove their financial awareness and provide them with relevantfinancial information for theiroperations
    • Serve your role and Team in anenvironmentally-consciencemanner
