    The main purpose of this positionis to be responsible for formulating long and short-term RevenueManagement strategies and for overseeing their successful executiontowards the advancement of RevPAR market share. Leverages providedresources to ensure the successful application and continuousdevelopment of Revenue Management techniques for maximizing thegeneration of rooms' revenue, as well as any otherrevenue streams such as catering, restaurant or sparevenues.

    Qualifications

    JobDescription

    • Leadsstrategic planning and collaborates with all hotel profitgeneration teams to actively seek opportunities to driveincremental profit for Rooms, Restaurants, Spas, and other revenuestreams.
    • Leverages Revenue Managementanalytics, technologies, processes, tools, and training programs tooptimize hotel profits.
    • Creates short- andlong-term forecasts, that yield the best decisions on pricing andyielding tactics for rooms, outlets and Conventioncenters
    • Drive Market Share and RevenuePerformance through proper pricing and mixmanagement.
    • Develop overall pricing strategy toinclude all market segments and distributionchannels
    • Provide guidance on corporatetransient negotiated pricing, group pricing for each group, andwholesale pricing
    • Manages reservationsteam
    • Actively participates in ownershipconversations andpresentations.
