    • Manages, coaches, leads,develops and motivates employees
    • Develops andexecutes project and process plans, implements policies andprocedures and sets operational goals; drives accountability withinthe team
    • Acquires resources for projects andprocesses, provides technical management of suppliers and leadsprocess improvements
    • Develops and maintainsrelationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers,business partners and employees
    • Providesoversight and approval of technical approaches, products andprocesses
    • Participates in equipment make/buydecisions; participates in source selection and provides technicaloversight of suppliers
