    About this role

    • Initiate anddevelop the Division digital strategy in accordance with companyDigital Road Map;
    • Prepare and maintain project digitalprocess, procedures, instructions and checklist for all thefunctions and Projects;
    • Review of the current digitalactivities and business processes within division in order toidentify the area of optimization and improvement;
    • Leadexecution of digital process management across all divisionProjects and associated division EPCIC Contractors;
    • Support Project Team during the tender stage identifying digitalscope and recommending system deployments that are fitforpurpose tothe bidders;
    • Work across team and Project ManagementTeam to identify relevant stakeholders and ensure their input tokey project digital delivery systems;
    • Educating the teamand P Contractors in digital process management system and providerequired trainings;
    • Defining specific systemsimplementation plans, scope of work, cost and schedule estimatesfor execution of selected digital process management system acrossand it's Project and specifically development;
    • Assist MP Engineering Manager and Project Management Team inplanning, organizing, execution and control of full life cycle ofdigital management activities from initiation to close out;
    • Work closely with AVEVA Product solution provider inorder to implement AVEVA products across all MP Projects as definedby Project Execution Plans and relevant Contract with FEED andEPCIC Contractors;
    • Work closely with company DigitalProject Group (DPG) in order to identify and capture the requireddigital processes and procedures and need to be executed within MPdivision;
    • Develop data handover management plan for theProjects in order to execute handover of Project data and digitalinformation at close out stage of project from Contractor to;
    • Identify and capture the potential lesson learnt relatedto digital process through the projects and ensure capitalizationof lesson learnt across all new Projects;
    • Plan, conductand manage technical workshops/interviews with Team in order toexecute the MP digital management plan;
    • Promote& comply with applicable safety instructions and othercompany HSE procedures in all activities;
    • Carry out workin compliance with company values and policies, relevant laws andregulations, agreed company priorities and objectives, companystandards and procedures and good industry practices;
    • Carry out any other duties or tasks that may be assigned byhierarchical superiors;
    • Treat all information obtainedduring course of the work with confidentiality. What you need tobring

    Qualification:
    degree in Engineering, ComputerScience or Information Technology;

    • Good level oftechnical understanding of all relevant industry digitalizationprocess especially in Oil & Gas industry;
    • Previous experience with execution of digital processes withinproject environment;
    • Through understanding of datamodelling, data architecture principals and database managementsystems;
    • Previous working experience with AVEVA Productsincluding AVEVA Engineering, AVEVA Diagram, AVEVA Instrument andElectrical and etc;
    • Basic understanding of ITinfrastructure and networking, and programming languages;
    • Good knowledge of industry codes, standards andlegislations on SHE aspect;
    • Familiar with Oil &gas project organizations;

    Language:
    fluent English;
