Managing the direct business portfolio efficiently.
Cultivating strong client relationships through regular visits and informative sessions on policies.
Proactively following up with former clients to maintain engagement.
Collaborating with customers and underwriters to identify suitable insurance options.
Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
Facilitating the delivery of insurance documents when necessary.
Supporting debt collection efforts when required.
Assisting with the claim documentation process as needed.
Performing any additional duties as assigned. Qualifications
Experience in new business development, lead generation, and account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Experience in the technology industry is a plus
Experience with CRM software
