    JOBSUMMARY

    Perform initial physiologicalneeds assessment on all patients on

    JOBREQUIREMENTS
    ASC experience preferred
    ORexperience required Graduate of anaccredited school of nursing
    Currently active State Registered NursingLicense
    Current BCLS and ACLScertification
    Demonstratecurrent, comprehensive, professional knowledge and skills inconformance with recognized nursing standards and departmentpolicies including the Patient Bill of Rights and AAAHCregulations, Standards for Nursing Care and the Nurse Practice
    Must be able to demonstrate theknowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to theage of patients served in the
    Effective communicator appreciates and respects others needs,opinions, and Ability to read and communicate effectively inAdditional languages

    KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS ANDABILITIES
