    About theRole:

    We are pleased to announce an excitingopportunity to join our commercial team in Al Ula Kingdom of SaudiArabia as Account Manager.

    This role isresponsible for delivering the revenue budget for the prescribedportfolio of accounts. Gain maximum value for the airline bynegotiating Commercial Agreements between the two parties. Engagesin joint sales and marketing activity to grow the level and qualityof QR revenue sold through these partners and driving efficienciesin the distribution processes.

    RoleAccountabilities:

    • Contributes to theformulation and implementation of QR sales strategy to maximizeshort and longterm revenue opportunities reduce cost of sale andgenerate channel shift.
    • Introductions of PLBswhere appropriate.
    • Reviews QR sales data withaccount portfolio to drive revenue and seek tacticalopportunities.
    • Submit monthly sales call plansand weekly sales reports and update the trade and corporate housesabout QRs products and services.
    • Providemanagement with any market intelligence on the strengths weaknessesthreats and opportunities of QR events and recommend desiredchanges with proper justification.
    • Responsiblefor acquiring sales leads and increasing awareness of QR product.Distribute timetables giveaways and other QR marketingitems.
    • Increase visibility of QR by displayingQR marketing materials and ensuring maximum publicity through mediacoverage in coordination with SM and H.O. MarketingDepartment.
    • Advising on forthcoming productdevelopments and discussing specialpromotions.
    • Plan selling activities for theassigned areas to ensure optimum revenues forQR.
    • Lead discussions on PLBs withaccounts.
    • Recommends pricing requests fromCorporates/Trade and is responsible for individualbudgets.
    • Effectively manage accounts and keycustomers and effectively plan sales calls submit sales call plansand sales reports as required. Update the trade and corporatehouses about QRs products andservices.
    • Research and report other airlineschedules/practices/ fares events and other potential QR concernsand recommend corrective action.
    • Perform otherdepartment duties related to his/her position as directed by theHead of the Department.
    • Representing theorganization at trade exhibitions andevents.
    • Develops and maintain good relationswith the Travel Trade Government embassies and CommercialHouses.
    • Maintaining and developingrelationships with existing customers via meetings telephone callsand emails; visiting potential customers to prospect for newbusiness.

    Qualifications

    Tobe successful in this role you willneed:

    • Bachelors Degree or Equivalentwith Minimum 2 years of jobrelatedexperience.
    • Professional experience in amulticultural environment with a rich mix of supply partnerspreferably in an Airline industry isessential.
    • PC knowledge of Word/PowerPoint/Excel.
    • Experience of working in apressurized environment which is targetdriven.
    • Knowledge of GDS system ticketing andselling experience.
