    Position Summary The successful applicant willbe responsible for achieving sales targets (Weekly MonthlyQuarterly and Yearly) across different channels in Qatar andrespective accounts that he will be responsible for throughimproved Channel Management Forecasting (sellout and Sellin) PSIMarketing initiatives and consequently improving sellthrough Role and Responsibilities CoreResponsibilities
    • Plan and execute sales with Key accounts (Distributors OR IRResellers and Trade)
    • Steer efforts to achieveweekly monthly quarterly and annual market share & salestargets
    • Facilitate decision making by seniormanagement on sales & service strategies to meet demands ofaccounts by providing market inputs and recommendations associatedwith channel experience and end customerfeedback
    • Build strong long term relationshipswith key accounts at all levels (General Managers CEOs buyersproduct managers and sales managers) to maintain sales momentum andgrowth
    • Identify requirements and work towardsfinding a solution to remove any barriers tosales
    • Maintain healthy level of inventory tosupport sales delivery as per business plan
    • Inform potential clients about companys new products and pricedevelopment details on regular basis
    • Manageand implement situational pricing in respective countries andmaintain pricing harmony among online channels
    • Work closely with local teams in successful launch of new products& solutions and implement campaigns in theregion
    • Weekly planning of stock allocation byaccount/Store
    • Conducting market trend analysisand working closely with the Direct Retailer to develop plans toovercome potentialissue
    Skills and Qualifications Requirements
    • Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in distributor management withina consumer electronics environment with reputed companies inQatar
    • Ability to perform and work under highpressure and be a team player essential to drive the businessforward
    • Willingness to succeed in a sell in /sellout drive business with attention to detail with attention toorganistion skills
    • Extensive sales thinkingdemonstrable sales focus proactive and proven sales trackrecord.
    • Selfstarter being able to work underminimum supervision.
    • Excellent quantitativeaptitude commercial acumen good persuasion skills negotiationskills and assertive nature.
    • Good PC skillsExcel PowerPoint.
    • Highly objective orientedcatch companys objective easily in different situation and takesownership and accountability for theregion.
