    We are looking to hireProcurement Directors for a leading construction company inQatar.

    You will lead a team of procurementprofessionals overseeing their daily activities and providingguidance to negotiate contracts evaluate suppliers and managesupplier relationships to achieve favorable terms andconditions.

    As Procurement Director you willtrack and analyze key performance indicators such as cost savingssupplier performance and compliance to report on procurementachievements and drive continuous improvement efforts within theorganization.

    Your role includes supervising ateam of procurement experts directing supplier selectionnegotiation and contract management and fostering strong supplierrelationships to achieve the organizations procurementobjectives.

    Your collaborative efforts asProcurement Directors will extend to various departments where youwill assess their procurement needs forecast demand and establishefficient procurement processes that stay within budgetaryconfines.

    • Effective communication skills are essential for a ProcurementDirector to maintain relationships with suppliers understand theircapabilities and convey the organizations needsclearly.
