    The duties andresponsibilities of the Manager of F&B Income Audit& Reporting, F&B Cashiering and F&B CostControl

    • Monitoroverall daily income audit for F&B division and otherfunctions
    • Review manning ofF&B cashiering as and when need arises from F&Boperations
    • Review monthlyF&B Cost Margin Report prepared by F&B CostController
    • Review monthly closingand management reporting for F&Bdivisions
    • Review SST return forF&Bdivision
    • Reviewmonthly reports for F&B outlets underfranchise
    • Handle managementaccounting and financialreporting
    • Review monthly, quarterlyand yearly standard financial reporting schedulesfor
    • Review tax schedules for taxreturn purposes under
    • Recommend thesigning off of audited financialstatement
    • Review mid-year review andannual profit plan
    • Verify systempurchase requisitions and withholdingtax
    • Authorize onlinepayments
    • Ensure implementation ofinternal control and adherence of operating procedures to achievecompliance of companypolicies
    • Recruit and promote staffas and when need arises
    • Coach andtrain entire team
    • Member of GCPTender Evaluation Committee to make recommendation for expenses upto RM1 million
    • Streamline andrecommend improvements to the existing internal controls andaccounting practices
    • Co-ordinate,monitor and to ensure continuous ISO certification for the FinanceDepartment
    JobRequirements:
    • Agood degree in Accounting or related professional
    • Must be MIA
    • Minimum 6 yearsaccounting experience and 1 year experience at managerial
    • Excellent written andverbal communication skills in
    • Meticulous, highly organized andstrong leadership
    • Goodinterpersonal, analytical and presentation
    • Experience in the industry is an
    • Experience in ISO certification isan advantage
    • Must be willing totravel to outstation as and whenrequired
    • Must haveF&B industryexperience
    • Mustbe willing to work extra hours and manage heavyworkload
