We are looking forcandidates who are passionate, confident, self-motivated andresults-oriented. To be successful in this role, you should have aBachelor's degree preferably in Merchandise Planning,Sales, Marketing and Promotions.You should have at least 5years' of job related experience with at least 3 years ina multi brand retailing company in the luxury category management /brand management function.
You should also have strong mentoringand coaching skills with the ability to foster teamwork among teammembers. Furthermore, you should have well- developed interpersonalskills and excellent communication skills. As we are in a period ofrapid growth, we need people to succeed sooner than later.
