    Job Summary

    In this role you will be the key contributorto the overall Commercial Strategy being accountable for theinnovation strategic pillar and all improvement opportunitiesdriven by the strategy. You will investigate new businessopportunities research the marketplace conduct detailed study andprovide recommendations to Executive Management. You will drive andseek approval for initiatives to plan all aspects of the projectmanage its execution report on its progress against targets oftimelines and budget and ensure the ROI is delivered. You will bealso accountable for the design an overall management of innovationprojects and driving Network Traditional Agency channel business.

    Key accountabilities include:

    • Responsible for the design and implementationof the Innovation strategy a key pillar in the overall CommercialStrategy.
    • Align and recommend projects thatdeliver on business strategy.
    • Accountablefor compiling the overall Commercial business strategy.

    About You

    You have aBachelors Degree or equivalent and minimum 10 years of relevantexperience in Sales Management and Global Sales specifically inDeveloping Financial Models and ROI.

    It ispreferred at least 5 years of proven strong sales ability relatedManagement experience and Industry Contracting experience.Specifically experience in selling of airline tour operators orhotel products together with good knowledge of Trade DistributionChannels.

    You have excellent interpersonalcommunication and presentation skills excellent research skillsusing internet sources tools social media etc. You have the abilityto see the bigger picture proven research skills mathematicalmodelling; you are able to coordinate project activities and tasksacross many departments vendors and stakeholders. You also have theability to delegate work set clear direction and manage workflow.Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
