    Job DescriptionWe are looking for a TalentedSales team leader to manage our team and provide effectiveguidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing, andmotivating the sales team on a daily basis to reach high targets.
    Asa team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members,so your communication skills should be excellent. You should alsobe able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations andeffective collaboration.
    Ultimately, you should lead by setting agood example and engage the team to achievegoals.
    Responsibilities

    • Create an inspiring teamenvironment with an open communication culture
    • Set clearteam goals
    • Delegate tasks and set deadlines
    • Oversee day-to-day operation
    • Monitor team performance andreport on metrics
    • Motivate team members
    • Discover training needs and provide coaching
    • Listen toteam members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
    • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
    • Encourage creativity and risk-taking
    • Suggest and organizeteam-building activities
    • Ultimately build a highperforming Sales teamRequirements
    • Proven work experienceas a team leader or supervisor
    • In-depth knowledge ofperformance metrics
    • Good PC skills, especially MSExcel
    • Excellent communication and leadershipskills
    • Organizational and time-managementskills
    • Decision-making skills
    • Degree inManagement or training in team leading is aplus
