    Personalized ExercisePrograms:

    • Develop customized movementand exercise programs tailored to individual guests' needsand fitness levels.
    • Provide guidance on avariety of exercises, including flexibility, strength training, andcardiovascularactivities.

    Instruction andDemonstration:

    • Demonstrate propertechniques for various exercises andmovements.
    • Instruct guests on how to performexercises safely andeffectively.

    GroupClasses:

    • Conduct group fitness classesor movement workshops for hotel guests.
    • Createa positive and inclusive atmosphere during groupsessions.

    NutritionalGuidance:

    • Offer basic nutritionaladvice and recommendations to complement guests' fitnessgoals.

    Monitoring andFeedback:

    • Monitor guests'progress and adjust exercise programsaccordingly.
    • Provide regular feedback andencouragement to motivate guests to achieve their fitnessobjectives.

    EquipmentOversight:

    • Ensure that exerciseequipment is properly maintained and safe foruse.
    • Instruct guests on the correct use offitness equipment.

    Health andSafety:

    • Prioritize the safety ofguests during exercise sessions.
    • Be aware ofany pre-existing health conditions or limitations and adjustprograms accordingly.

    CustomerService:

    • Provide excellent customerservice by addressing guests' questions andconcerns.
    • Create a welcoming and supportiveenvironment for guests pursuing fitnessgoals.

    Promotion andMarketing:

    • Collaborate with thehotel's marketing team to promote movement coachingservices to guests.
    • Participate in hotelwellness programs and promotionalevents.

    ProfessionalDevelopment:

    • Stay informed about thelatest trends and developments in fitness and movementcoaching.
    • Attend relevant workshops or trainingsessions to enhance skills andknowledge.

    Documentation:

    • Keeprecords of guests' assessments, progress, and anymodifications made to their exerciseprograms.
