    Reports to BioMedical Engineering Manager and Head of BioMedical Engineering
    Projects. Prepares all required reports/presentations needed for BioMedical Engineering
    Project management.
    Records documents and tracks all BioMedical Engineering Department projects by
    producing reports using Project Management tools or equivalent as needed by the Head
    of Biomedical Engineering Projects for PHCC higher management presentations.
    Works in close coordination with Engineering BioMedical & Facilities Directorate Planner
    to ensure submission of reports is in parallel with its Directorate Policy.
    Must be able to make presentations in PDF PowerPoint or other formats regarding new
    Health Center projects tender status existing and new equipment delivery installation
    maintenance service contracts KPIs and other important matters to PHCC higher
    management as needed by the Head of BioMedical Engineering Projects.
    Prepare monthly reports / presentations to be submitted to the head of Biomedical
    Engineering projects in a monthly basis on new Health Center s construction updates
    Project status existing and new project tenders equipment installations and
    maintenance
    Any administrative and clerical works required by BioMedical Engineering Manager and
    Head of BioMedical Engineering Projects.

    Requirements

    • Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Project Management or any related field.
    • Experience in Project Management in BioMedical Engineering projects is an advantage
    • Must be excellent in MS Office Tools Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc
